To ensure maximum safety for everyone and make your stay and our work enjoyable, the guest accepts and agrees to respect the hotel's internal regulations that apply to themselves and all accompanying persons.
Arrival
The hotel welcomes guests from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
All persons staying at the hotel must present a valid ID upon check-in. Failing this, the hotelier may refuse to rent a room and/or cancel the reservation made.
Guests, including accompanying persons and adolescents over 15 years old, must complete an information form; this form may also be used as an "individual police form" for foreign residents.
Room occupancy
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Any departure after 11 a.m. will result in an additional charge of €30 per hour started.
Luggage storage is available to the Customer upon request.
All reservations are made in the name of the customer and may not be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee. Any reservation for others must be made in the name of the third party holding the stay.
Access to the rooms must be granted at least once a day so that the hotel staff can clean them, unless requested by the Customer. Failure to provide cleaning service at the Customer's request will not give rise to any compensation.
In view of fire safety regulations, the Customer may not reserve a room for a number greater than that provided for and/or have the room occupied by a number of people greater than that for which it is provided for in the reservation or by the Law in force.
A refrigerator is available at reception to store medication. Upon request, and subject to availability, a refrigerator may be made available in the room for storing medication.
Children and extra beds
Minor children may not stay alone in a room. If the accompanying adult is not the legal guardian of the minor, the minor must have parental authorization from the child's parents.
Children are under the full responsibility of their parents or adult guardians within the hotel, park, garden and swimming pool.
Baby cots or additional beds may be provided where possible and upon reservation.
This will incur an additional charge of €10 per day for the baby cot and €40 per day for an additional bed.
From the age of two, an additional bed will be charged.
Keys and access codes
The room key is assigned personally; care must be taken to keep it safe and any loss or disappearance must be reported immediately to the hotel reception. A key not returned at the end of the stay will result in a €40 replacement charge.
The Customer must not give their room key or gate code to a third party and must return the key on the day of departure.
The Customer must ensure that the room door is properly closed before leaving their room.
Behavior and dress
The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept Customers whose behavior is contrary to good morals and/or public order or whose behavior is noisy, improper and/or under the influence of alcohol.
The Customer must be courteous and respectful towards the Hotel staff and other Customers. He refrains from any verbal or physical violence, any behavior or remarks of a sexual, racist, sexist, anti-Semitic or homophobic nature, and in general, from any discriminatory remarks as well as any form of harassment and denigration. The Customer shall exercise discretion in order not to disturb the service as well as the tranquility of the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right not to receive Customers whose dress is indecent and/or careless, or whose clothing is intended to conceal the face. Proper dress is required in all public areas of the Hotel, namely the wearing of shoes, a top and bottoms.
Responsibilities
The Customer accepts and undertakes to use the room as well as the common areas made available to him in a reasonable manner. Any behavior contrary to the principles of safety and/or hygiene, morality and/or public order may lead the hotelier to ask the Guest to leave the establishment.
Safes are available to the Guest in the rooms. The establishment declines all responsibility for valuables deposited in the safes.
Furthermore, any request to open a safe by the Hotel will be made under the responsibility of the guest. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any belongings left by the guest in the safe.
Luggage in the public areas of the Hotel is under the supervision and full responsibility of its owner.
Regarding the parking of guest vehicles, the Hotel offers parking in a secure but unguarded private car park. The Hotel declines all responsibility in the event of loss/theft or damage within the parking area.
Reservation and payment
Each service must be paid in full by the Customer.
The Customer pays their room bills and incidental charges according to the frequency set by the Hotel and at the latest when they leave the room at the end of their stay.
Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking (cigarettes, shisha, etc.) or vaping is strictly prohibited within the Hotel, except in areas designated for this purpose. In accordance with the Public Health Code in its provisions setting out the conditions for applying the smoking ban in places designated for collective use, smoking in the Hotel exposes the Customer to the fine provided for third-class contraventions or to legal proceedings.
A penalty of 200 euros may be applied if the Customer does not respect the signage prohibiting smoking in his room, this will take into account the cleaning costs.
Finally, repair costs may be charged in the event of manipulation and damage to fire detectors.
For obvious safety reasons, it is forbidden to use gas or electrical appliances in the rooms such as: stoves, electric hotplates, etc. The equipment made available to the Guest in the room must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
It is strictly forbidden to bring into the rooms and any part of the establishment any illicit and/or dangerous objects and substances, any type of object or toy that looks like a firearm, any type of object or toy that may disturb the peace of other Guests (megaphones, horns, etc.).
It is forbidden to run, ride (skates, scooters, etc.) or shout in the establishment, day or night, to hang laundry out of the windows, to throw any object out of the window and generally to behave in a way that could cause any type of harm to the Guests of the Hotel, to the Hotel's employees and/or to the reputation of the Hotel.
Any photography of other occupants of the Hotel or staff is forbidden, except with the express agreement of the persons concerned.
The Hotel may, if he deems it appropriate, refuse to serve alcohol to a Guest, particularly if the Guest is drunk in the public area of the Hotel or is causing a nuisance.
Animals
The Hotel welcomes cats and dogs provided that they are kept on a leash in all common areas of the establishment, that their vaccinations and anti-flea treatments are up to date, it being specified that the Hotel may refuse to accommodate any breed of pet or other animal likely to present a safety risk to other occupants, the assessment of this risk being left to the discretion of the Hotelier.
Each animal must be announced at the time of booking, otherwise the Hotel reserves the right to refuse it.
The animal must never be left alone in the room, in the event of damage, the Hotel will charge the owner for the damage caused. To ensure everyone's peace and quiet, animals must not be left alone without supervision.
The reception of domestic animals will result in a charge of 15 euros per day per animal.
Therapeutic animals are not affected by this charge (dogs, guides, dogs for epileptic, diabetic or other people)
Forgotten belongings
Elements forgotten by the customer will be stored by the Hotel for a period of 1 year. If the customer wishes to have their personal belongings returned, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, these shipments must be made with tracking and insurance for valuables.
Damage
Any damage caused in the room or in the various spaces occupied during the stay may be billed directly to the Customer.
Nuisance
For the respect and rest of other Customers, the Customer and their companions must take care not to slam doors or make noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a Customer, one of their companions or an animal placed under their responsibility may lead the Hotelier to ask the Customer to leave the establishment, without it being necessary to carry out acoustic measurements, as long as the noise generated is likely to disturb Customer tranquility (art. R-1334-30 and R-1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any compensation offered to a third party following noise caused by a Customer may be invoiced to them.
A hotel room is a place of rest, all commerce is strictly prohibited. Cooking in it is also prohibited.
Night
The hotel does not have a night reception. Any disturbance after 10 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m., without prior agreement from management, may result in a flat rate chargeable to the Customer. This flat rate, based on the person's time spent in the room, is billed as follows. One hour of presence or less: €25, up to two hours of presence: €60, beyond two hours of unscheduled presence: flat rate of €150.
Security
Guests must comply with the safety instructions and guidelines in the event of an incident or in accordance with the provisions in force.
Cheating
Cheating is an offense characterized by the fact of consuming a paid good or service:
Knowing that one is unable to pay or being deliberately determined not to pay,
While pretending to be willing to pay.
The Hotel will take legal action against the Guest in the event of cheating by the latter. It is recalled that this offense is punishable by 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of €7,500 in addition to damages.
Sanctions
In the event of a violation of the provisions of these regulations, the hotelier may ask the customer to immediately leave the establishment, him or her and all the people sharing his or her stay, without being able to demand any reimbursement. The Hotel may also refuse any future reservations.

The Customer must indemnify the Hotel for any damage caused by the violation of these regulations.
