What to do?
The Tours region is rich in history and places of interest to visit. Just a few kilometers from your hotel, you'll find Tours. Stroll through the streets of Old Tours, stroll along the banks of the Loire, and enjoy some shopping on Rue Nationale.
In the former Abbaye Saint-Julien is the Musée du Compagnonnage. Learn more about the traditions and works of the Compagnons du Tour de France during a fascinating tour.
Don't hesitate to ask your hosts: they are very good at advising and will be able to share their favorite places to fully appreciate the region.
On foot and by bike
Numerous hiking and cycling trails pass near your hotel. This is a great opportunity to discover the Touraine landscapes and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Take the GR3, which connects Tours and Chinon, passing through Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau.
The "Loire à Vélo", a cycling route of approximately 800 km, also passes near your accommodation.
A little further
Other castles await you, a little further from your charming hotel near Tours. In Amboise, you'll find the Clos Lucé. This castle was once home to Leonardo da Vinci.
In Chenonceau, about fifty kilometers from your hotel, a castle also awaits you, built on the Cher River.

When you're not busy exploring the region, you'll find other activities to keep you entertained and have fun. For example, you can enjoy friendly matches on the tennis court, challenge yourself to a game on the pétanque court, or even indulge in some fishing.
